Behebt blockierte Gegenaktionen, zeigt Freigabegründe, erlaubt freie Entitätseingabe und steuert passende HA-Automationen bei Übernahme und Rückgabe. Ergänzt reproduzierbare Debug-, Betriebs- und Release-Runbooks.

Verifikation: 129 Tests, Ruff, Mypy, diff check.
