Schließt #21. Persistente Entwürfe, Revisionen, explizite Freigabe/Ablehnung, sichere Service-Allowlist und YAML-Export ohne direkte HA-Ausführung. 99 Tests, Ruff, Mypy, Compose, OpenAPI und Docker grün.
